Doug Halve is the Founder and Managing Partner of Tech Partners and a technology industry professional with more than 30 years of IT experience, including more than 25 years in technical staffing and recruitment.
Throughout his career, Doug has worked across technology, consulting, staffing, and recruiting organizations, giving him a broad perspective on how technology talent is identified, evaluated, and developed. Having worked with large recruiting and staffing firms, he understands the strengths of traditional agency models but also recognizes their tendency toward transactional recruiting.
That experience shaped the vision behind Tech Partners. Doug built the firm around the belief that recruiting should be centered on partnership, transparency, and long-term relationships rather than simply filling positions.
He works closely with clients, candidates, workforce organizations, and community partners to better understand talent markets, emerging technologies, and workforce trends. He is especially focused on how artificial intelligence is reshaping the future of work, how professionals can stay competitive, and how organizations can adapt their hiring strategies in a changing market.
